MCP, EFIS, Radios, backlighting and keys

Back lighted panel, MCP is now finished,compliant with all aeronautical regulations.Origanl boeing colour based on thre composite componets, for the screws, plates etc i have used the RAL7011 colour,which is the most similar to the boeing one.Cut and laser engraved, any other system used (and i have used them all) were unpropiate, expensive or hard to work with, Summary: This is the best and cheapest system, we have made a big jump on how to create home simulators, diffucult to improve now.

MCP Boeing 737 NG panel: Back view of the MCP,the backlighting is produced by internal light reflexion, This system is the only one producing the right bright balance, The measures taken in the dark room with the spectrum tester have passed the arenautical regulation standards, +/- 1% from the the begining to end of any word or line and+/- 3% from one word or line to another.

MCP Boeing 737 NG : Back View and downwards with all componets placed, 6 FS Display, 2 FSled connectors, 1 COM III Conector and another two for the Casptain EFIS.

Disign in CAD: The most difficult part, the routing of all tracks for the PCB`s, it was hand made.	PCB´s  kit: six radios, a transponder, a DIM light system, two Efis and one MCP.

Efis with day light view , all buttons, rotaries and switches fully operative, troughout the FSkey and MCP	Illuminated panel , intensity of light is regulated by the DIM device, watch to the keysincluding a LED
Radios PCB, and can be used as NAV, Com or ADF	Back view of the PCB it connects with the FSBUS COM III with a flat 10 wire cable. the FSkey of the rotaries it is included in the DIM PCB
Trasponder PCB; some current unable operations in the FS2004 as Ident are included for a future operation	XPDNR ready and working, great with display digits, but very expensive there are two concentric Kniter rotaries selecting all digits
PCB  DIM light panel system,Filling white light and red aswell.It includes two FSkey for the radios, Falps and pedestal switches	Front view, watch the four white leds, they generate a uniform lighting acroos the panel, the four green wires are an error on the PCB, fixed in the following PCBs
